It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous before a boudoir photo session, especially if you will be posing in revealing or intimate clothing. However, it’s important to remember that the photographer will be professional and respectful and will work to create a comfortable and safe environment for you.

A glass of wine or other form of liquid courage can be a good way to help you relax and feel more comfortable before the session. It’s important, however, to not overdo it and make sure you’re still able to be present and have fun during the shoot.

Bringing a friend along to the session can also be helpful if you’re feeling nervous. They can serve as a support system, a hype man, and can help you relax and have fun during the shoot. However, it’s important to remember that the session should be about you and your comfort, so make sure that your friend’s presence won’t make you feel more uncomfortable or self-conscious.

It’s normal to feel unsure of how to pose in front of the camera, so you can rely on my expertise to help you feel comfortable and confident. Posing in heels, holding your breath, and arching your back can be challenging, but with my guidance and instruction as a boudoir photographer, it is my job to guide you through the posing process and to help you achieve the best possible images. I will be able to provide guidance and instruction on how to pose in a way that flatters and highlights your best features.
